Land Rover National Rally

Updated: Aug 28, 2019

Imogene Pass

This year I only got about 2 days at the Land Rover National Rally, but it was a fast, fun-filled trip.

I headed up to Ouray, CO, in Jack- the Disco 2- packed full of door prizes for participants of the rally and arrived in time for the Beer with Bearmach event that evening. It was wonderful to see familiar, rover enthusiast that I've met over the past few years.

The next day I lead a group up Imogene pass. It's one of my favorite trails in the area, a little bit technical, but not going to break your rig or loose any of the newbies in your group along the way! Unfortunately, there was a rock slide close to the top, and the Telluride side of the trek wasn't plowed at this time so we got as far as we could, and still had a blast!

After a break in town with some out-of-town rover friends, I headed back to Denver to take up my mom duties again... play hard, work hard!
