About Me
Hi There!
A little about me? Well I grew up in the mountains of Colorado, namely Crested Butte and Vail, and spent my free time as a teenager driving down winding dirt roads in cars that probably would have preferred paved ones. I never really started off-roading as much as I just never stopped. It just seemed natural to me to keep driving farther and deeper into the mountains and deserts as I ended up owning trucks that were more capable of handling the terrain than the original '80s Subaru DL's that I had taken.
I live with my two preschool age daughters and our cat in Denver, Colorado. We love exploring and I am so glad to be passing my sense of adventure on to my children.
I hope though by travels, adventures, and misadventures to show others that their car is probably more capable than they imagine, and that all you need is the willpower to accomplish something and it will come to fruition. I love hearing "I want to be you when I grow up!" from other adults, however I'm just another mom that loves to get out of the house ;)
